Your analytics choices
Optional Google Analytics
VetWeb uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they navigate the website, and whether they choose to explore the practice walkthrough or make an enquiry. Analytics is optional. The Google tag is not loaded before you accept analytics cookies.
Enquiries and call requests
The enquiry form records your contact details, selected service, project or touchpoint, your message and any preferred call time in Hybridware so we can respond. A call request is confirmed when we agree a time with you. Enquiring does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
What is measured
If you accept, Google Analytics receives information about your visit, including the page address, referring website, browser and device information, and interaction events. With analytics consent, we also measure selected project types, touchpoints, form starts, submission attempts and successful enquiries. These custom events use fixed category labels; they do not contain your form answers or preferred call times. Google may derive an approximate location from your connection. We do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, practice names or enquiry messages in our custom events. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this website's configuration.
Cookies and your saved choice
Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_N58BT4524L to distinguish visits. We configure analytics cookies to expire after up to 180 days. Your accept or reject choice is saved in your browser's local storage for 180 days so that we can respect it on later visits. That preference storage is used whether you accept or reject analytics.
Your requested download
When you request the marketing plan template, an essential cookie named vw_marketing_plan allows your browser to download it again for 24 hours. It contains a signed access token rather than your name or email address. This cookie is separate from optional analytics and the optional email series.
Change your mind
Use the Analytics preferences button in any page's footer to accept or reject analytics. Rejecting after accepting removes this site's Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page with tracking blocked. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not remove data already collected by Google.
