Brand-to-building concept

One identity. From first search to front door.

A branding concept for a practice that wants every introduction to feel connected.

This design direction explores a familiar challenge: the website, building and printed materials have developed separately. The brief is to create a recognisable veterinary identity that can work across all three.

Brand-to-building design direction showing a veterinary identity across materials

Designed around your practice

Give every part a clear purpose.

The brief

Make separate practice touchpoints feel like one business.

The direction

A restrained identity with clear hierarchy and useful applications.

The opportunity

A consistent experience from discovery to arrival.

The design thinking

Start with a practical question.

01

The practice question

How can the same identity feel clear on a mobile screen, readable on a fascia and considered in a welcome pack? The concept starts with those applications instead of treating them as later adaptations.

02

The creative direction

A deep-green base, warm neutral space and a simple animal mark form a compact visual language. The typography and layout priorities are deliberately restrained so practical information can remain prominent.

Across the applications

Carry the direction into the real formats.

Veterinary identity applied to exterior signage and printed client materials
01

The building application

The exterior sign identifies the practice. Window graphics support recognition and the arrival experience. Reception and printed materials continue the same language without asking every surface to carry every message.

02

The digital connection

The website would use the same identity while giving clients clear service information and routes to contact, register or reach the approved booking system. Recognition helps connect the online introduction with the physical visit.

03

How a commissioned project would develop

For a real practice, we would review the current brand, site information, audience and useful existing recognition. The identity and applications would be developed against that brief, with production requirements and approvals confirmed before rollout.

Make it your project

Build the scope around your practice.

Identity

Positioning, core messages, logo development and practical guidelines.

Practice applications

Signage, windows, reception materials and selected print.

Digital rollout

Website direction and a consistent introduction across the agreed channels.

Your questions

Before you brief the work.

Could this approach work with our current name?

Yes. The commissioned brief would determine what should be retained and what needs development. A name change is not required for a more coherent identity.

Can the building and website be updated in phases?

Yes. We can agree a creative direction and prioritise the applications around your timing, budget and supplier requirements.

Let’s talk about your practice

Make the idea specific to your practice.

Share the identity and materials you use now. We will discuss which parts to retain and where a clearer direction could make the biggest difference.
